AI buyer qualification
An AI assistant replies to inquiries on Instagram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp and SMS in English or Turkish. It asks about intent, timeline and financing, scores each lead, and collects verified contact details.
Concierge pre-call
A trained relationship manager contacts qualified buyers for a short call before the showing, answers questions about the property and neighborhood, and confirms the appointment.
Buyer brief and reporting
Sales agents receive a summary of each buyer before they meet. Project owners receive a weekly report on inquiries, confirmed showings and follow-ups.

Policies
Privacy policy
We collect the information buyers share in conversations (name, email, phone number, property preferences) and the information our business customers provide when they sign up. We use it to deliver the service, communicate with you, and improve our product. We do not sell personal information. Data is stored with trusted infrastructure providers, and payments are handled by Stripe, which receives your card details directly; we never see or store full card numbers. To request access to or deletion of your data, email zehra.akcali@originatechnology.com.
Terms of service
By using Originate's services you agree to use them lawfully and to provide accurate information. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. We may update features and pricing with advance notice. The service is provided as described on this site; results such as showing or sales volume depend on market conditions and are not guaranteed. Originate relationship managers provide information and scheduling support and do not act as licensed real estate agents or give legal, tax or financial advice.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time by emailing zehra.akcali@originatechnology.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month and you will not be charged again. Fees for a month already started are non-refundable, except where required by law or if we failed to deliver the service. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we will review it promptly.
